mo·ksha (mokā)
: translated from Sanskrit, a concept meaning the state of liberation from suffering and the attainment of self-realization

our practice

Moksha Center for Integrative Mental Health was founded on the concept that healing is a process of liberation - freedom from restraints of limiting self beliefs and the state of suffering that prevents us from living in the world as our truest, most authentic selves. With the right tools, we can reconnect with and awaken the innate mechanisms wired within our bodies that drive spontaneous healing. At MCIMH, we begin guiding this process with an in-depth intake, covering all symptoms and experiences, in order to understand each patient as an individual. It is our belief that the body is a container of intelligence and insight and symptoms are the language it speaks when guiding us to the root of its suffering. Our treatment approach is centered around building resiliency through simple, gentle interventions that stimulate and sustain our body's optimal functioning. We use evidence-based treatments that create the intersection between science and the wisdom of our oldest, most trusted practices. The foundation of our approach is simple - homeopathy, nutritional support and mind-body medicine - all individually selected through compassionate listening.

who we serve

At MCIMH, we serve individuals with clinical mental health diagnoses, as well as those who self identify with any of the following experiences:

To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment.
